Magic Recovery

An advanced form of spell recovery, this skill enables the user to recoup some of their wasted magical energy when a spell is fumbled.
Prerequisite(s): Spell Recovery.
Syntax: none (automatic).
This skill can be rather useful to characters that are both of spellcasting classes (like psionicists, mages, and clerics) and also of races that are relatively prone to spellcasting failure (like giants, goblins, and kobolds) by reducing mana wasted by their failed casts.
