There are actually two of these mobs, one with a flute and one with a brooch that is used in Broo Village's Orosca's Enchanted Wrist Guard Quest. For those on this quest, it would be courteous to kill both shamans when possible; otherwise, when this area repops, it will contain two shamans holding flutes but zero carrying brooches.
