Create Spring

This spell brings forth a magical spring from the ground, which has the same properties as a fountain. However, as thirst has been banished from the realm, this spell assists only the creatures of Avatar.
Prerequisite(s): Create Water.
Syntax: cast 'create spring'.
This skill has no practical value at present, as characters no longer suffer from hunger and thirst, though it may provide some degree of amusement.
