Syntax: cast 'unholy bargain'
Prerequisites: demonic intent

In exchange for 1000 hit points and 1000 movement points, you can gain 1000 mana. Beware, however, overextending yourself by attempting the bargain too frequently; attracting Demonic attention can be deadly. Failure is severe.
This spell is EXHAUSTED for a short time when cast. If you fail to spend the new mana in a random ammount of time, there can be painful repurcusions.
Comments
Note that in addition to hit points and movement points this spell also costs mana (75), so you will end up with less than 1000 mana gained.
