Portal to the Red Dragon Mother.
Go s 2e n e 2n. Up until the 2nd to last room the mobs in this area don't detect hidden. In the room before Nigurathus is two guards who will aggie.
Kill Nigurathus and get his scales.
Portal to Jake The Thorn-Slayer in Midgaard and give him the scales. He will reward you with the Heroic Dragonscale Skirt.
