Perform the following:

- puzzle kyxial
- answer the two questions
- c tele huge troll (or 2.huge troll)
- e:d:s
- get all blanket
- c tele odevar merchant (or 2.odevar merchant)
- say rustleaf (and wait for prog to finish. if you skip this step he won't give rustleaf)
- give blanket merchant
- c tele kyxial
- give rustleaf kyxial
- receive Rod Of Blue Crystal (lightning bolt wand)
- receive insignia 'Sept Nik'Avrym Problem-Solver'
Note: The quest is repeatable once per week.
