Aggressive creatures are those that will attack you without provocation. These can be very dangerous, especially at higher levels where many of them can detect invisible and/or detect hidden.  Note that there are a few different types of aggressive mobs.  Some will simply attack anyone.  Some only attack players who are at most five levels larger than them.  Some mobs are wimpy, and will only attack sleeping players.

Aggressive mobs are those mobs that will attack players without provocation. These can be very dangerous, especially at higher levels where many of them can detect invisible and/or detect hidden.

Note that there are two different subtypes of aggressive mobs; one subtype will attack any players it sees, while another subtype will attack only players it sees who are up to five levels larger than it is.

If an aggressive mob is also wimpy, then it will act aggressively only toward sleeping players.
