Troika is a major collective effort to send experienced Lords to<br />
their next state of being: the Legend.<br />
<br />
Troika requires 25 casting participants and 3 different non-casting<br />
Lord targets, who must be over Lord sublevel 500. The order of<br />
the target names is irrelevant. Once completed, the participants<br />
