| Comments=Noticable improvement over the [[Drow Headdress (Tiureess)|Drow Headdress]], and "trivial" to retrieve compared to [[Amethyst Circlet]].  Primarily druid gear, but also good for archers.

An [[Angry Manta Ray]] will spawn in the room ''The Kelp Grove'' ([[Exploration Outpost Map|map]]), kill it and enter fissure that will appear beneath it. Fight or speedwalk the linear corridor of four rooms, first three of which have 2 Wave Imps stalking you, and the last has 4. Once the 4 in the final room are dead, the [[Water Elemental]] will spawn. It has a percentile chance to load this item, so fingers crossed and autoloot on for the gems carried by all the Imps and the Elemental.

This is soloable by a superhero caster, but requires speed in clearing the kelp. Once the manta spawns, you can go and regen as it will not disappear.
