To get this piece of gear, you need to turn in 4 tickets to [[Killaris]], who wanders around [[:Category:Thorngate|Thorngate]].  The actual ticket that you give him is the [[Pile Of Green Webbing]], but you also need to have the [[Lab Memo From Jungle]], the [[Lab Memo From Spires]], and the [[Vial Of Unfinished Portal Serum]] in your inventory when you do so.


The [[Pile Of Green Webbing|webbing]] loads on the [[Kzinti Emissary]], a mob in [[:Category:Astral Invasion|Astral Invasion]] (6th leg I think).  See [[:Category:Gear In Astral Invasion|Gear In Astral Invasion]] for more information about that run.


The other tickets that you need are all in the [[:Category:Kzinti Homeworld|Kzinti Homeworld]].  The [[Lab Memo From Jungle|jungle memo]] is on a [[Kzinti Priest]] just north of the fountain that you quaff from to enter the [[:Category:Kzinti Spire Of Knowledge|Kzinti Spire Of Knowledge]].  The [[Vial Of Unfinished Portal Serum|serum]] and the [[Lab Memo From Spires|spires memo]] are on the [[Kzinti Scientist]] in the same room with a [[Kzinti Savage]].  They are located in the northwest corner of the first floor of the [[:Category:Kzinti Spire Of Knowledge|Kzinti Spire Of Knowledge]].  The [[Kzinti Savage]] shows up as a "test subject" on scan.
